LIID

Leadership integrity influence and dominion Series

SUMMARY OF LIID SERIES 23

The Leadership Integrity Influence & Dominion (LIID) series highlights the leadership crisis in Africa and Ghana, emphasizing the need for a new generation of leaders characterized by integrity and influence. The vision bearer of the series calls for a change in the status quo, highlighting the importance of young leaders actively working to address flaws and inadequacies in their predecessors. To influence society, the passage suggests that young leaders must build their capacity, identify their purpose, and initiate a revolution in the way things are done.

The Leadership Influence Integrity and Dominion Series, conceived by Dr. Israel Patkuan Gamba in collaboration with the Oral Health Department and the LIID planning committee, aims to challenge young minds and instill a sense of responsibility in the youth. The event, with over 180 participants, featured two speakers; Pastor Prince Brempong and Joseph Zakariah. Pastor Brempong stressed the need for up and coming leaders to build their capacity through relationships, dedicated studies, and mentorship. Mr Zakariah on the other hand threw more light on the youth and relationship and its impact in their productivity.

The program started earlier than planned and witnessed a growing number of participants over the years, reaching over 180 attendees in the current edition. The event concluded with a socialization and photography session, allowing participants to interact with the speakers and enjoy themselves at a local bar.
